I'm not an expert on Bob Dylan's life or music. I'm not a historian or biographer, and I've certainly never won a Nobel Prize for Literature (But you already knew that!). I haven’t always loved Bob Dylan's music, I’ll admit. It’s an “acquired taste.” So is classical music. Yet with time, like a taste for any of the finer things in life, the experience only makes it better! I've written a few poems in my life, but I'm no poet. Back in college, I sang a song for a friend’s rock band, but I'm not a musician or songwriter. I have a master’s degree in theology. That and about five bucks will get you a fancy "coffee" drink somewhere. I don't drink fancy "coffee" drinks, just black coffee with a pinch of Turmeric and some collagen. I like to read – a lot of things, books, articles, blogs – and to write. Writing helps me to think. So does conversation. So, I decided to put all this together (in my head, at least) and start this podcast. I hope you’ll enjoy listening, and along the way be challenged to think – and to join the conversation.
